It sounds as though your shed is sitting on a base that is bigger than the shed, the walls of the shed should over-sail the base, or be raised off the base so it does, one thing you can try is to obtain a large recking bar and lever the shed up to allow you to put silicone mastic (bodge job) or a row of bricks with a dpc under the timber walls, in the past i have successfully used concrete.
