Not Losing Water Weight Keto

I think you may be assuming that "being on keto" causes weight loss. keto doesn't cause weight loss per se, it merely makes eating at a deficit more manageable (along with other benefits of course). to drop the weight you need to eat at a deficit.. I'm about a week into being in keto and the weight loss has been reasonably quick. 8lbs in the first week (have a long way to go with a goal of 130lbs). i am curious to know whether or not there is a definitive point when the weight loss is a little more than just water. im doing cardio 3-4 times a week to suppliment the diet.. Keto is not a quick fix. your body needs time to undergo crucial metabolic changes before you see substantive results. keto is not effective if you are trying to shed a few pounds within 24 to 48 hours. try losing water weight in this instance; fat cells probably won�t budge in such a short time. you are malnourished.
